Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Kalamazoo, MI to receive, organize, package, store, and ship supplies, materials, equipment, and service inventory. You will maintain inventory records, process orders, and support shipments while keeping the warehouse organized and efficient.

The role requires basic computer skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail. Preferred candidates have experience with SAP and a track record in inventory management and process improvement.

• Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.

• Required: Effective communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Required: Ability to maintain accurate records, prioritize workload, and resolve routine operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, package, store, and ship supplies, materials, equipment, and service inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor product movement and availability.
• Process material and product orders using warehouse and inventory systems.
• Support incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining warehouse organization and efficiency.
• Coordinate with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, and carrier personnel to resolve delivery issues and trace shipments.
• Investigate and resolve inventory, shipping, receiving, and customer service discrepancies.
• Support alternative product sourcing through loaner banks, other warehouses, and consignment inventory.
• Maintain records relating to stock usage, damage, handling equipment, and inventory condition.
• Participate in team meetings and support quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply best practices to meet operational metrics and business objectives.
