Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Senior Field Operations Associate to administer and operate our warehouses, handling receipt, processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment. You will help plan shipping and receiving and optimize space while ensuring safe, compliant operations.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Training begins with a 2-week session in Grand Blanc, MI, with overtime and on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend and evening call

Responsibilities

• Administer and operate warehouses, including receipt, processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving materials and manage flow of goods.
• Ensure operating procedures and space utilization are effective; maintain facilities and equipment.
• Check inventory records for availability and participate in cycle counting.
• Compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage.
• Maintain storage areas and comply with safety regulations.
• Inspect stock items for wear or defects and report damages.
• Support quality initiatives throughout the branch.
• Expedite or trace deliveries by coordinating with distribution, sales, shipping, etc.
• Manage inventories by tracking item movements and notifying when stock is low.
• Collaborate with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments).
• Complete other duties as assigned.
