Job summary

Stryker Group in Houston, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to manage inventory, perform cycle counts, and optimize storage utilization. You will coordinate merchandise for delivery and return, read maps, and ensure accuracy in packing and labeling while maintaining sterility checks.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in a warehouse environment, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Weekend/evening coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or related role.
• Meet all customer credentialing requirements.
• Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle physical tasks.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and conduct cycle counts.
• Prepare merchandise for transport and delivery at customer locations.
• Read maps and verify route configurations.
• Perform safety inspections for transportation activities.
• Load, unload, and stack containers while checking sterility.
• Perform vehicle preventative maintenance and keep records.
• Escalate repairs or maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Address customer complaints with the branch team.
• Handle additional warehouse duties as assigned.
• Complete other duties as required.
