Job summary

Interior Logic Group, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive revenue growth across branches.

You will develop strategies, analyze market trends, and collaborate with marketing, operations, design, purchasing and scheduling teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery. You will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, review jobs with cross-functional teams, and coach staff to meet performance targets while maintaining strong relationships with customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or related field and 10+ years in sales management.
• Experience in interior construction industry and residential kitchen design remodeling (3 years preferred).
• Project management experience (3 years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Manage and develop the sales team to ensure productivity and engagement.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure material and supply readiness.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, design, purchasing and scheduling teams.
• Review jobs with Sales, Design, Purchasing and Scheduling teams to verify resources.
