Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking a Field Manager to oversee all field operations, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality project execution. You will lead field crews, coordinate with internal teams, and serve as the primary on-site liaison for customers and subcontractors.

The role requires 5+ years in field operations or related construction roles, strong leadership, and the ability to read blueprints. A driver’s license is essential; residential/retail project experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field operations, construction, or project management.
• Proven leadership and ability to supervise field crews.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Develop and implement daily and weekly work schedules for optimal labor and material use.
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues to minimize delays and rework.
• Coordinate field operations with project management, logistics, and manufacturing teams.
