Job summary

Servco is seeking a Field Operations Manager in Irvine, CA to lead all field operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, schedule adherence, and budget compliance. The role oversees superintendents and foremen, driving profitability and operational excellence.

You will recruit, mentor, evaluate field personnel, monitor site performance, and coordinate with Project Management to optimize staffing, materials, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in a construction trade.
• Minimum 5 years management experience leading field personnel.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and field operations.
• Proven ability to lead multiple crews and projects simultaneously.
• Experience reading and interpreting drawings, specs, and project docs.
• Proficiency in Office, Procore and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for field operations across multiple projects.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and evaluate field personnel.
• Conduct regular job site visits to monitor safety, quality, productivity.
• Promote and enforce safety policies; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and equipment resources.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on staffing, scheduling, budgeting.
• Coordinate material procurement and delivery to support timelines.
• Review budgets and production metrics for cost savings.
• Identify and resolve field challenges and resource constraints.
• Develop and improve field processes and best practices.
• Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and trades.
