Responsibilities

• Monitor project conformance to schedule, quality and SOPs.
• Develop client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Recruit and mentor field staff to align with project scope.
• Provide leadership and guidance to field teams on materials, sequencing, and methods.
• Advocate for Field Operations and support business development.
• Participate in pre-construction activities: proposals, constructability reviews, baselines.
• Develop site access and staging plans and assist in budgets and staffing.
