Job summary

Ferring Pharmaceuticals US seeks a Senior Manager, Field Operations to partner with commercial and medical field teams, shaping segmentation, targeting, call plans, and territory alignment for launch readiness.

You will own field reporting dashboards, translate data into actionable insights, and manage vendor engagements to support field enablement and performance across launches in the US market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years in pharmaceutical commercial/field ops.
• Experience translating data into field-ready recommendations and exec reporting.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead segmentation/targeting to align field activity with priorities and launch strategy.
• Develop and optimize call plans, territory alignment, and field execution guidance.
• Own field performance reporting and dashboards using BI tools.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across commercial, Medical, analytics, and IT partners.
• Manage external vendors delivering field operations deliverables.
• Provide training and enablement for field tools and processes.
