You will plan and execute pre- and post-launch field insights, integrate multiple data sources, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, data analytics, life sciences, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales analytics, commercial analytics, business intelligence, or related functions.
• Neurology or rare disease pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience preferred; launch planning experience in rare diseases and/or neurology is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business decisions through analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead neurology analytics for field force sizing, targeting analytics, segmentation insights, call planning inputs, and performance measurement.
• Serve as the embedded field business liaison for the neurology franchise, ensuring analytics needs, field feedback, customer insights, and business-unit priorities are clearly defined and represented.
• Identify opportunities to improve launch readiness, field execution, account prioritization, and customer impact.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations for senior leadership.
• Define neurology reporting requirements and KPI definitions, partnering with centralized teams for implementation.
