Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical Commercial Operations, Field Operations, Sales Operations, or related functions.
• Experience supporting field organizations, including commercial and medical field teams.
• Hands-on experience with segmentation, targeting, call plan development, territory alignment, and field reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary Field Operations partner across commercial, medical field operations, and launch initiatives.
• Lead segmentation and targeting to align field activity with priorities and opportunities.
• Develop and optimize call plans and field execution guidance.
• Lead territory alignment analyses and provide coverage/workload recommendations.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve field productivity and launch execution.
• Translate data into actionable field recommendations and execution plans.
• Partner with Medical field leadership to translate operational needs into processes, reports, and materials.
• Own field performance reporting and dashboards for supported priorities.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as coverage, reach, frequency, and engagement.
• Provide insights to BU, National Sales, Medical field leadership, and field management.
• Support training and adoption of field enablement tools and processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver field ops priorities.
