Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction leadership
• PMP or equivalent, Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Manufacturing and OSHA certification preferred
• Experience managing departments, field teams and customer-facing technical services
• Understanding of company installation methods and construction practices
• Leadership and team management skills
• Problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
• Effective communication and customer relationship management skills
• Project planning and coordination
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor daily activities of off-site crews and sub-trades.
• Enforce OSHA regulations, conduct routine job-site safety walks, and maintain zero incident work cultures
• Create construction JSAs, safety reports, daily/weekly construction reports, standard field procedures, etc.
• Coordinate workflow timetables, equipment allocation, and daily crew assignments.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, track productivity KPIs, and implement continuous improvements.
• Oversee on-site material inventory, manage field expenses, and track P&L performance
• Report progress to upper management while aligning with internal procurement, engineering, and sales team.
