Job summary

Processbarron Master seeks a Deputy Construction Manager to support the Senior Manager of Construction Services on industrial projects. You will lead field operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and safety standards, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

You will mentor field teams, monitor quality control, participate in incident investigations, and report progress in daily records. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant industrial construction experience will be considered.
• 2–4 years of progressively responsible experience in industrial construction.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably leading large teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing all phases of industrial construction projects.
• Coordinate daily field operations to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Monitor project schedules and identify opportunities to improve performance with the field operations team.
• Ensure work complies with project specs, drawings, and contract requirements.
• Lead and mentor field supervisors, foremen, and craft personnel.
• Promote a zero-incident safety culture and participate in incident investigations.
• Coordinate inspections and testing with Quality Control and engineers.
• Support forecasting labor requirements and identify potential roadblocks.
