Qualifications

• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network systems and apps.
• Evaluate network coverage, suggest improvements, and assist implementation.
• Travel to sites in Western NC and Tennessee.
• Triage, fault isolation, and remediation of network events.
• Generate and manage problem-tracking tickets; drive improvements.
• Escalate issues to internal/external engineer teams for resolution.
