Job summary

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Semiconductor Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years building, calibrating, or validating semiconductor device models in TCAD, SPICE, or lithography contexts.
• Experience developing compact models and calibration methodologies balancing accuracy and runtime.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and validate semiconductor models for advanced process nodes using customer wafer data and test structures.
• Generate and maintain compact models for OPC engagements across lithography workflows.
• Debug complex modeling issues at customer sites with Field Applications Engineers.
• Build automated validation/regression environments to catch model quality issues early.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Engineering to translate field requirements into product enhancements.
• Deliver technical training and enablement to customers, supporting evaluations and proofs-of-concept.
