Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years in engineering simulation or consulting with customers.
- Deep expertise in nonlinear solids and structural dynamics.
- Strong experience presenting to engineering teams and executives.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical evaluations with customers to scope engagements.
- Perform proof-of-concept studies and design future-state workflows.
- Troubleshoot complex multi-physics simulations and improve convergence.
- Develop Python-based automation to accelerate workflows.
- Collaborate with product management to translate feedback into requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge through workshops.
