Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Sr Methods Specialist to lead the development and approval of field work practices, tools, and equipment across multiple units. You will collaborate with line personnel, vendors, and training staff to improve safety, productivity, and cost efficiency.

The role requires strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, with a foundation in MS Office and safety standards. A principal focus is delivering practical, tested procedures and supporting documentation for field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–7 years' experience or 6–9 years' experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Research, test, and develop field work practices, procedures, tools, equipment, and materials for various business unit functional areas.
• Develop and distribute Field Notes, Equipment Bulletins, and other documentation for procedural changes and critical issues.
• Interface with other EED Departments to promote safer and more productive work practices and equipment.
• Take a lead role in initiating, evaluating, and testing new tools and work practices to improve safety and ROI.
• Respond to system needs on a 24/7 basis to meet business requirements.
