Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Senior Marketing Field Specialist to lead the design, development and execution of field marketing programs for the Central region, supporting the Electrical & Electronic Solutions Construction team. You will plan strategy, create content, coordinate campaigns and partner with local branches and supplier partners to grow Wesco’s brand and products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in a Fortune 500 company.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; basic HTML/WordPress skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of marketing programs and campaigns.
• Translate objectives into briefs, plans, workflows and deliverables.
• Produce high-quality assets and outputs with minimal oversight.
• Monitor KPIs and customer engagement; identify optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors and internal teams to execute promotions and collateral.
• Support local branches with product promos, trainings and events.
• Travel 25%–40% to cover the Central region.
