Job summary

Myriad360, LLC is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for the Central Region to lead regional marketing programs, events, and partner initiatives across the Midwest, Great Lakes, and Ohio Valley. You will drive pipeline, strengthen partner relationships, and elevate brand awareness, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will manage field programs, budgets, and post-event analysis, traveling 40–50% and reporting to the Director of National Field Marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, Partner Marketing, or B2B Marketing.
• Experience managing end-to-end event planning and regional marketing programs.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40–50% across the Central region.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute field marketing programs across the Central region, including customer events, executive programs, conferences, sponsorships, and partner engagements
• Develop regional marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals and company objectives
• Present program plans, campaign updates, post-event recaps, and performance metrics to leadership
• Manage all event logistics, including venue sourcing, contracts, catering, shipping, audiovisual requirements, signage, promotional items, and attendee communications
• Collaborate with Sales, BDRs, and Partner Marketing to maximize event participation and post-event follow-up
• Measure program effectiveness through pipeline influence, engagement metrics, ROI, and sponsorship performance
