Job summary

Garner Health is seeking a high-energy Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead the field marketing strategy across the western US. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of in-person programs, partnering with sales and BDR teams to maximize pipeline and revenue.

The role is fully remote, with travel up to 50% and time-zone eligibility in Mountain or Pacific regions. You will drive ROI, tooling adoption, and scalable playbooks while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of field marketing experience in technology (pipeline-focused).
• Self-directed, execution-oriented mindset delivering complex programs.
• Strong prioritization and project management across multiple programs and regions.
• Excellent stakeholder skills; able to influence sales leaders and collaborate with peers.
• Solid data skills; interpret metrics and KPIs to prioritize markets.
• Experience with event/marketing tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Swoogo).
• Experience using AI to improve ROI; Claude Code a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of field programs across the western US.
• Build and manage regional field marketing calendar with sales and demand gen.
• Own pipeline targets and design pre-event, day-of, and post-event engagement strategies.
• Partner with sales/BDR to build invite lists and drive attendance from priority accounts.
• Manage sponsorships, venue, vendors, speakers, and investments end-to-end.
• Track ROI, pipeline influence, and engagement metrics; share insights with marketing team.
• Build repeatable playbooks for field programs, scalable across regions and partners.
• Apply AI-first mindset to plan and run field programs; utilize Claude Code.
