adjoe is seeking a senior US Events lead to own the regional event strategy and hands-on execution. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership to drive pipeline and strengthen brand presence across the US market.

You will manage a diverse slate of events and partnerships, ensuring flawless execution, measured ROI, and scalable processes that support rapid growth for Playtime, Arcade, and adjoe Ads.

Qualifikationen

• Senior event/field marketing background in tech, B2B SaaS, AdTech or fast-paced agency.
• Own a full regional program including roadmap, budget and outcomes.
• Reporting to the Director of Marketing, US, and leading US event strategy with leadership.

• Own the US event program end to end, including roadmap, budget and outcomes.
• Align events with pipeline goals for both supply and demand lines of business.
• Lead execution across event types and audiences, from trade shows to owned and executive events.
• Negotiate partnerships, sponsorships and long-term opportunities; manage US events budget.
• Set success criteria, track ROI, and optimize spend and formats based on data.
• Build scalable processes, playbooks, and workflows across teams and regions.
