Job summary

adjoe is seeking a Senior Supply Partnerships Manager in Boston to own the full sales cycle for North American publisher partnerships. You will lead negotiations, craft business cases, and coordinate with Product, Legal, Finance, and Account teams to onboard partners and drive value for publishers and the business.

You will synthesize market insights and contribute to regional go-to-market strategies while representing adjoe at industry events and elevating the brand in North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or tech sales.
• Proven ability to source, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deals for North America-based publisher partnerships.
• Lead commercial discussions and build tailored business cases.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Legal, and Finance for onboarding.
• Provide market insights to shape roadmap and GTM plans.
