Intuit’s TurboTax field marketing leadership is seeking a Principal, Field Marketing to drive in‑market strategy and traffic through store activations across key markets. You will partner with ATC and Spring teams to ensure integrated, measurable programs that build local credibility and trust.

This player‑coach role requires deep field marketing experience, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and a track record of scaling retail activations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in field/experiential marketing.
• Experience managing field marketing agency partners and multi‑million‑dollar budgets.
• Proven track record launching physical retail locations or stores at scale.
• Experience managing and developing direct reports, including remote team members.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration with creative, media, ops, legal, and executive stakeholders.
• Data‑fluent; able to build measurement frameworks and translate data into strategy.
• Excellent project management; able to run multiple workstreams in a fast‑moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own field marketing strategy across four must‑win markets.
• Lead the All Terrain Collective relationship; manage SOWs, briefing, and performance accountability.
• Oversee GO (grand opening) field marketing execution across flagship stores and retail locations.
• Own attribution and measurement infrastructure for field marketing and DMA-level analysis.
• Manage a team of direct reports spanning creative, copy/strategy, and production operations.
