Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Principal, Field Marketing to lead field strategy, agency management, and in-market execution for TurboTax retail initiatives. You’ll oversee strategy for four must-win markets and drive multi-market activations, partnerships, and performance analysis.

The role leads a small team, collaborates with Creative, Media and Stores Ops, and drives measurable traffic and credibility in communities where stores live. Strong cross-functional leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field/experiential marketing experience.
• Experience managing field marketing agency partners and large budgets.
• Proven track record launching physical retail locations or stores at scale in multi-market contexts.
• Experience managing and developing direct reports, including remote team members.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with creative, media, ops, legal, and exec stakeholders.
• Data fluency to build measurement frameworks and read dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own field marketing strategy across four must-win markets: NY, LA, Dallas–Fort Worth, Chicago.
• Lead ongoing field activation go-to-market plans and event programming.
• Manage the All Terrain Collective relationship and budget allocations.
• Lead grand opening field marketing executions with cross-functional teams.
• Own attribution/measurement infrastructure for field marketing at market level.
• Develop and manage a high-performing, accountable team culture.
