Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in Field Marketing, Trade Marketing, Commercial Marketing, Sales, or related consumer packaged goods/beverage industries.
• Experience developing commercial marketing strategies with measurable business results.
• Strong knowledge of distributor planning and channel strategies.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual, quarterly, and cyclical field marketing planning for assigned markets.
• Own area marketing planning, including summaries, rollups, and budget performance
• Identify growth opportunities with Commercial Sales and regional leadership; optimize A&P investments.
• Drive planning, reporting, budgeting, and execution processes for efficiency and consistency.
• Develop and execute market-specific activation plans translating national priorities into local programs.
• Oversee priority initiatives, monitor performance and execution quality; drive improvements.
• Lead partnerships, sponsorships, and experiential programs connecting assets with local engagement.
• Guide distributor planning sessions and participate in quarterly and monthly reviews.
• Prepare concise performance recaps and post-program learning to inform future planning.
