Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Marketing to lead a field-based team supporting a key retail partner. You will develop, test and implement strategies to impact the bottom line in a collaborative environment that values insight and continuous learning.

The role focuses on achieving objectives for the organization and partner, recruiting and training a field team, and day-to-day leadership of the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 5 years experience in strategic program management, analysis, field sales or external sales.
• At least 2 years experience in retail partnerships.
• At least 5 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day leadership including coaching and managing a team of associates and budgeting.
• Develop a winning culture that rewards associates and reinforces Capital One values.
• Prepare and deliver regular financial and performance updates to senior leadership.
• Develop strong relationships with partners and influence mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors’ products and pricing in the market served.
• Travel up to 75% is required for this role.
