Qualifications
- 10+ years of electrical construction experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading large field teams.
- Strong understanding of manpower planning and production tracking.
Responsibilities
- Lead field operations and construction execution across assigned projects.
- Ensure projects are appropriately staffed based on schedule and workload.
- Drive accountability among field leadership and crews.
- Participate in preconstruction planning and mobilization.
- Develop field execution strategies with Project Management and Operations.
- Coordinate with BIM/VDC, Prefab, Procurement, and Project Controls.
- Drive prefab planning to reduce field labor and boost productivity.
- Identify and remove constraints impacting field production.
