Job summary
Advanced Technology Services is seeking a Traveling Maintenance Technician Senior (Local Travel) to service and repair industrial equipment across customer sites. You will perform expert break-fix and preventative maintenance, diagnose complex control systems, and collaborate with customer teams to improve reliability and maintenance procedures.
The role requires strong electrical, mechanical and fluid power knowledge, PLC troubleshooting, and the ability to train junior staff.
Qualifications
- Requires high school diploma or GED with an associate technical degree or 10–12 years industry experience.
- Deep understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems for repairs.
- Proficient with hand tools and specialized equipment for maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
- Identify parts, source supplies, and evaluate repair options.
- Dismantle, repair, test devices and recondition machine tools.
- Document work in service reports and train junior technicians.
