Job summary

Advanced Technology Services is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Technician with regional travel to support factory equipment maintenance and reliability programs. You will perform break-fix and preventive maintenance, identify parts, and repair components while documenting work in service reports.

On-site roles require experience with electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems, as well as the ability to travel regionally and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in a technical field or 5+ years of related industry experience (or 7 years in the industry).
• Able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate.
• Extensive travel is required (local and/or national).
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems; ability to analyze and repair problems.

Responsibilities

• Perform break-fix and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Identify parts, supplies and repair items as needed.
• Dismantle, repair, and replace defective parts and troubleshoot devices.
• Document work performed in service reports and management systems.
• Follow safety policies and cooperate with customer counterparts.
