Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
- Associates degree with a Technical focus; 12+ years related experience or 15 years in the industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
- Experience with PLCs, field devices, and motion control; able to use programming software.
Responsibilities
- Performs expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
- Identifies parts and repairs; evaluates alternatives for cost/reliability.
- Directs customer counterparts in maintenance optimization and PM processes.
- Setup and operate machining tools; may perform welding tasks.
- Document work in service reports and manuals; train others.
