Job summary

Morgan Hunter is seeking a Field Maintenance Specialist to perform maintenance, repairs, and improvements across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and general mechanical work.

Candidates should have 5+ years in maintenance or related trades, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent workmanship and communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance, construction, remodeling, facilities maintenance, or related skilled trade.
• Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building maintenance.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot problems, work independently, and manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects across multiple trades.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs safely and with high quality.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to keep buildings and equipment in excellent condition.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain professional communication with stakeholders.
• Complete small renovation and remodeling projects, including finish work and fixture installation.
