Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Minimum of two years in a maintenance-related field.
• HVAC knowledge is preferred; HVAC certification required eventually.
• Be able to lift 80-100 lbs and work at varied heights.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Replace smoke alarms and locks; perform electrical repairs.
• Repair and install appliances; conduct carpentry work including window replacement.
• Perform preventative maintenance and follow manufacturer guidelines.
• Inspect vacant units and manage turn-key readiness.
• Maintain supply inventory and assist in grounds/custodial tasks.
• Demonstrate safety and customer service in all duties; after-hours on call.
