Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a skilled tradesperson across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and/or general construction.
• Expert knowledge of building systems, tools, materials, and safety practices.
• Proactive hands-on approach to maintenance needs with creative solutions.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to juggle priorities.
• Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and demanding manual labor.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and collaboration.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• General carpentry, including drywall cutting and patching.
• Painting.
• HVAC systems maintenance.
• Small electrical and wiring projects.
• Plumbing diagnostics and maintenance.
• Specialty projects and troubleshooting.
• Contributes to general property upkeep and preventative maintenance.
• Supports renovations and developments.
