Job summary

RISE is seeking a General Superintendent to lead our Construction Division's field operations for multiple concurrent ground-up multifamily projects. The role demands a field-first leader who can align field execution with portfolio objectives, standards, and budgets while maintaining safety and quality across sites.

The position is based in Jacksonville, FL with regular travel to project sites, including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive field supervision in ground-up multifamily construction.
• At least three years overseeing multiple projects or regional/portfolio-level field teams.
• OSHA 30 certification and strong safety leadership.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly to active project sites, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce field operating standards across all active projects.
• Maintain visibility across the portfolio through site visits, schedule reviews, and superintendent meetings.
• Provide leadership visibility to VP of Construction and executives with accurate field performance data.
• Identify patterns across projects and implement division-wide corrective actions.
• Direct intervention on underperforming projects and set measurable improvement plans.
• Develop and retain field leadership, including supervising and mentoring superintendents.
