Job summary

RISE is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead field operations on our on-site construction projects. You will own day-to-day execution, coordinate with the project team, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence throughout planning and turnover.

You will manage subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics, enforce standards, and drive issues to resolution while mentoring junior field leaders and maintaining accurate field documentation.

Qualifications

• Approximately ten years of construction-related experience.
• At least three years of experience working as a Superintendent.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil or architectural engineering, or related field.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite construction activities and direct field teams.
• Develop and update the initial and ongoing project schedule with PM.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Protect the schedule and maintain a safe, quality jobsite.
• Review plans, subcontracts, shop drawings, and changes.
• Maintain daily field reports, logs, and turnover documents.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and coordinate with Project Manager.
• Lead safety, coordination, and weekly progress meetings.
