Job summary

The role requires leadership, strong planning, and ability to travel 100% to job sites. Proficiency in Procore, Primavera, and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Primavera.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete project field leadership and direction for day-to-day operations in partnership with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate vendors and subcontractors to install their scopes according to Contract Documents and Project Schedule.
• Lead project safety, implement the Site-Specific Safety Plan, conduct safety meetings, manage site logistics, and handle incident investigations.
• Create, maintain, update, and report on the Project Schedule.
• Develop and implement recovery plans and lead pull planning efforts.
• Coordinate site construction activities and manage project constraints.
• Oversee the Site Quality Assurance Plan and trade partner contract compliance.
