Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project Field Leader to guide day-to-day site operations on large commercial projects in North Carolina. You will partner with the Project Manager to coordinate subs, manage safety, and drive schedule adherence.

You will lead pull planning efforts, maintain quality, and ensure regulatory compliance while communicating progress to stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction, with some experience in higher education or healthcare.
Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and Primavera.
Organizational and planning skills.
Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
Excellent multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide complete project field leadership and direction for day-to-day operations of assigned projects in partnership with the Project Manager.
Coordinate vendors and subcontractors to install scopes of work according to Contract Documents and Project Schedule.
Maintain site safety, logistics, cleanliness, and professionalism.
Implement the Site-Specific Safety Plan and lead project safety meetings.
