Dominion Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Field Laboratory Representative (FLR) to supervise a team of field staff across the Phoenix and Prescott, AZ region. You will train, schedule, and support collectors, travel to sites, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

The role emphasizes on-site supervision, staff development, and collaboration with sales to implement new accounts while maintaining high client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of management experience.
• 3+ years of phlebotomy experience.
• Willingness to travel within the Arizona territory daily.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Field Laboratory Representatives (FLR) including recruiting, training, scheduling and performance oversight.
• Provide on-site training and ensure HIPAA compliance and core job functions.
• Create weekly staff schedules to meet client needs while minimizing overtime.
• Oversee daily activities at client sites and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate and coach team to high performance; arrange coverage for absences.
• Collaborate with Sales on new account implementations and client in-services.
• Provide weekly reports to supervisor and ensure adherence to corporate compliance.
