Job summary

Dominion Diagnostics LLC is seeking a full-time Field Operations Manager to oversee Colorado and Seattle territories. The role reports to the Regional Field Operations Manager and includes supervision of FLRs, on-site visits, training, and ensuring compliance.

You will coordinate schedules, support new account implementations, monitor service delivery, and generate weekly performance reports while ensuring high-quality client service across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Field Laboratory Representatives (FLR) including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and client-site oversight.
  • Train staff on compliance, HIPAA, and core job functions with onboarding and ongoing coaching.
  • Create and optimize weekly staff schedules to meet client needs and minimize overtime.
  • Oversee staff daily, ensure policy adherence, and visit assigned sites regularly for oversight and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct weekly account visits.
  • Inspire and coach the team to achieve strong performance.
  • Ensure staff updates to site protocols biannually.
  • Arrange coverage for staff absences and vacancies.
  • Coordinate with Sales on new account implementation and first-time specimen collection visits.
  • Monitor service delays and report issues to supervisor or sales.
  • Prepare, administer, and document annual performance evaluations and corrective actions.
  • Maintain open communication with staff, supervisors, and departments; provide weekly reports to supervisor.
  • Ensure adherence to the Dominion Diagnostics Corporate Compliance Program.
  • Deliver high-quality service to clients daily.
  • Generate and review weekly/monthly performance reports (Error, Collection Time, Timecard IP).
  • Assist in planning annual refresher training with Directors/Regional Managers.

Location and Hours:

This opportunity is to work full-time (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday. Schedule ranges from 7:00am-5:00pm (must be available to work between those hours).

The job sites are located from Pueblo, CO to Fort Collins, CO and also Seattle, WA. Seattle will require travel at least 4 times a year (once a quarter). Travel expenses will be covered by the company. The majority of accounts are located in Colorado Springs and Denver.

Dominion Diagnostics is seeking a full-time Field Operations Manager to oversee our Colorado and Seattle, WA territories. The Manager will report directly to the Regional Field Operations Manager and will be tasked with the supervision of the Field Laboratory Representatives (FLR), perform site visits on a rotating basis, provide on-site training and re-training, onboarding new FLRs and serve as a floating support to obtain specimens when necessary to ensure proper coverage.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Field Laboratory Representatives (FLR) which includes recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and oversight of performance at the client site.
  • Responsible for thorough training of staff including onboarding and initial training on expectations surrounding compliance, HIPAA, and the core job functions of the position.
  • Create and maximize weekly staff schedules to fulfill client needs- ensuring efficient usage of staff hours and minimizing overtime.
  • Responsible for the daily oversight of assigned staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws, including physically visiting all assigned staff accounts on a regular rotation to ensure adequate oversight and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct weekly account visits.
  • Lead by motivating, inspiring, and coaching the team to successful performance within their roles.
  • Ensure that the staff are updating the site protocols on a biannual basis.
  • Arrange or personally provide coverage for staff absences and vacancies.
  • Partner with the Sales Team on new account implementation for accounts with staff which includes attendance at client in-service and attending first time obtaining specimens.
  • Monitor any delays in service and communicate any issues with your direct supervisor or sales rep as needed.
  • Write and administer all applicable staff annual performance evaluations and corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintain open communication with staff, supervisor, and all departments as needed. Provide weekly reporting to direct supervisor.
  • Ensure adherence to the Dominion Diagnostics Corporate Compliance Program.
  • Provide the highest quality of service to our clients on a daily basis.
  • Generate and/or review weekly and monthly reports to identify performance/process/cost reduction opportunities. Reports include but are not limited to, the Error Report, Collection Time Report, and Timecard IP address report.
