Job summary

Dominion Diagnostics is hiring a Field Operations Manager to oversee our Colorado and Seattle territories. You will supervise Field Laboratory Representatives, train staff, and ensure coverage across accounts while maintaining quality and HIPAA compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in leadership, phlebotomy experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 100% regionally, including quarterly trips to Seattle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Phlebotomy experience required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel regionally and to Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of FLRs including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, performance oversight.
• Provide on-site training and onboarding for FLRs.
• Create and maximize weekly staff schedules to fulfill client needs and minimize overtime.
• Oversee daily staff accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
• Review FLR timecards, expenses, and compliance with policies.
