Qualifications

• 10+ years in field inspection, focusing on horizontal concrete or municipal buildings.
• Able to read Safety Plans, QA/QC Plans, and project manuals.
• Able to read civil/architectural drawings.
• Familiar with CSI specification structures.
• Understand CPM schedules.
• Experience supervising two or more inspectors.
• Experience with PMWeb, P6, and MS Office.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in construction + 6 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise field inspectors and activities.
• Review plans for constructability and conformance.
• Attend weekly progress meetings.
• Manage QA/QC plans and site safety.
