Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a CSA Quality Manager to lead QA/QC efforts on industrial construction projects. You will manage field quality, ensure contractor plans and ITPs align with site requirements, and lead on‑site quality audits across facilities.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Industrial Construction QA/QC.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Ability to read and understand engineering specifications, documents and drawings.
• Proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Forward thinking and eager to learn best practices and contribute ideas.

Responsibilities

• Communicating field quality issues to stakeholders.
• Ensuring contractor quality plans and ITPs meet site requirements.
• Leading on‑site contractor quality audits.
• Ensuring ITPs and Test Packs are understood and completed per ITPs.
• Assisting in developing Construction Turnover Package requirements.
• Providing on‑site assistance and visual inspection of materials.
• Ensuring NCRs are issued and corrective actions implemented.
