Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in HEOR or related field with 10+ years of experience in HEOR, medical affairs, managed markets, or related areas.
• PharmD, PhD, or MD with 7+ years of HEOR, medical affairs, managed markets experience.
• 3+ years of field-based HEOR experience with leadership in the role.
• Strong understanding of study design, methodology, data analysis, and interpretation of HEOR data.
• Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills to guide senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with US payers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor field-based HEOR Liaisons and ensure strategic pull-through of payer engagement plans.
• Maintain a personal panel of priority US payer accounts and engage in scientific dialogue about products and assets.
• Partner with market access to support account objectives and track KPIs.
• Represent the company at Medicaid meetings and conferences with data presentations.
• Model best-in-class field engagement with Market Access account directors.
• Coordinate with HEOR leadership on performance management and team development.
• Develop HEOR strategic plans for products in development and commercialization.
• Create payer value propositions and HCEI materials; update with new data.
• Collaborate with Medical Information to integrate HEOR data into materials.
