Geotab, a global leader in IoT and connected transport, seeks a Senior Field Hardware Engineer to lead field hardware response and pilot enablement for Geotab Video. You will own enterprise pilot support from pre-installation readiness through close, address advanced onsite installation and calibration issues, and coordinate field data collection to support new AI behaviors.

Qualifications
- Bachelors in a related field; equivalent mix of education and work experience may be substituted.
- Post-secondary diploma or certificate in Electrical/Electronics/Automotive tech.
Responsibilities
- Lead field hardware response and pilot enablement for Geotab Video.
- Provide advanced onsite troubleshooting for installation, power, calibration, mounting, connectivity, and camera hardware.
- Coordinate cross-functional field data-collection activities and training footage.
- Establish repeatable field processes and mentor junior technicians.
- Communicate field findings and coordinate resolution with multiple teams.
