Geotab is seeking a Field Hardware Technician to support the Video Tiger Team by installing, configuring, testing and troubleshooting camera and telematics hardware at customer sites. You will gather data for AI model training and ensure hardware readiness, calibration and safe vehicle operation.

Travel to enterprise pilot sites is expected. You should have basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment, and be comfortable working in varied

• Basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and automotive electronics.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and diagnostic/test equipment.
• Comfort with following installation/calibration procedures and data-collection protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot camera and telematics hardware at customer/pilot sites.
• Pre-installation checks, vehicle assessments, hardware installation, calibration, and validation.
• Capture diagnostic data and document work; communicate findings and next steps.
• Travel to customer, partner, pilot, and test locations; maintain field readiness of equipment.
• Follow safety, privacy, and customer-site requirements.
