  • - Escalate complex or recurring issues with clear technical details and supporting evidence.
  • - Maintain readiness of mobile camera kits, tools, spare parts, and other field equipment.
  • - Support controlled data-collection activities by installing cameras on representative vehicles and safely staging and recording target driving scenarios.
  • - Follow test procedures and data-collection instructions to produce reliable video footage and associated test-case information for the Vision team.
  • - Identify recurring installation, hardware, or product issues and share field feedback with engineering, product, and support teams.
  • - Follow all applicable health, safety, privacy, security, and customer-site requirements.
  • - Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll bring to the role:

  • - Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • - Ability to work independently in the field while collaborating effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • - Comfortable working in changing environments, including vehicle bays, parking lots, customer sites, and outdoor locations.
  • - Willingness and ability to travel approximately 70% of the time.
  • - Ability to safely handle customer and company equipment and maintain organized field kits.
  • - Commitment to workplace safety, data privacy, and professional customer interactions.
