Qualifications

• BS or BA Degree in Business Administration or Operations preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, security, pest control, or similar customer-service focused industries.
• Able to use databases, spreadsheets, word processing and internet effectively.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operating statements for the center and departments and take actions.
• Prepare GM reports and drive appropriate actions.
• Plan, set and achieve sales goals; generate and respond to sales leads.
• Coach salespeople and ensure effective customer communications.
• Utilize company products and services to drive value propositions; maintain customer files.
• Support HR standards, conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching.
