Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, Security, Pest Control, or similar customer service focused industries.
• Ability to utilize basic computer applications (databases, spreadsheets, word processing, and internet).

Responsibilities

• Analyze the operating statement for the center and departments and take action.
• Prepare the GM report and take appropriate action.
• Analyze determinants of profitability and adjust as needed.
• Plan, set and achieve sales goals; generate and respond to sales leads; coach salespeople.
• Ensure effective customer communications.
• Leverage key products and services to drive value and maintain customer files.
• Support HR standards; conduct performance appraisals; counsel and discipline when needed.
• Develop employees and promote opportunities company-wide.
• Adhere to government safety guidelines and ensure proper accident, fire, and emergency procedures.
