Job summary

Hander Inc. Plumbing & Heating is seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to oversee commercial installation projects, including sheet metal, spiral ducts, and rooftop units.

You will lead installation teams, ensure project specifications are met, and maintain safety and quality on site. Responsibilities include coordinating field crews, reviewing drawings, training apprentices, and ensuring accurate on-site documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong mechanical skills and a willingness to learn.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in reading construction documents and performing basic math.
