Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8–10 years of relevant experience, or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment systems and maintenance practices.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating resources.

Responsibilities

• Directs field equipment operations, develops equipment plans, cost estimates, and operating budgets for the project.
• Works with project management to provide strategic planning for optimal fleet utilization.
• Participates in Six Sigma Process Improvement Program (PIP) teams as requested.
• Supervises administration and availability of fleet utilization and ensures maintenance of service documents.
