Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience delivering underground electrical installations as a Field Superintendent.
• Experience coordinating with design on constructability issues.
• Experience with testing processes and required test equipment.
• Experience inspecting installed components for technical acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise craft professionals and subordinates on site.
• Plan workforce and coordinate subcontractor activities to meet schedules.
• Ensure tools, equipment and materials are available and properly managed.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance with project specs, schedules and budgets.
• Interpret engineering design documents and coordinate with subcontractors and foremen.
